Much of this website is available to the public, but most of the teaching resources of the organization are only available to members.

The password protected sections of the website and participation at our segmented symposiums requires membership.  Also, our newsletter is only sent to active, paid members.

Annual dues are $25 and can be paid online using your credit card or PayPal account by pressing the PayPal button below. Individual memberships are effective for one year from your joining date.  Renewals will add another 12 months to that date. If you pay by PayPal, your status upgrade will typically occur within the next 24 hours.
