Symposium Home - Segmented Woodturners
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please read instructions below and review the item details in the Activities/Items dropdowns at the bottom before beginning your registration.
- Make sure to login if you are a member of Segmented Woodturners
- Click Register Now to start your registration.
- Click Next and Back to navigate the system entering requested information.
- Do not use your browser back button.
- Select options you want for yourself and guests. Add the total number of box lunches and T-shirts you want for yourself and guests.
- A full 3-day registration includes one banquet ticket. 1 day options and guests need their own banquet tickets added.
- When you are done click Finish registration.
You must pay within 30 minutes or the registration is cancelled.
- You can't go Back and edit anything after clicking Finish registration.
- You may complete a separate registration later to add missing elements.

CHECK-IN/REGISTRATION DESK
The on-site Check-in / Registration Desk will be located in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel. The Hilton Hotel is also the main location for Demonstrations as well as the Trade Show, Auction, and Instant Gallery. Check-in/Registration Desk will open on Thursday, September 17, 2025, from 2:00 to 5:30 PM. It will reopen at 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, July 24, 2026 at 12:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime before July 24 with a $20 cancellation fee (refund all but $20). On or after July 24 the fee will be $50 (refund all but $50). No cancellation on or after September 1 except for a documented medical emergency.
