Registration Information
You must be a current member with paid-up dues in order to use the Paid Members option.
The Non-Member registration includes a one-year membership worth a value of $25.
A Full Session Registration includes the following items:
- Access to all demonstrations
- Access to the instant gallery
- Admission to the Trade Show
- Saturday Night banquet including meal ticket (Additional for Youth Registration)
- Ability to order symposium logo shirts at $15 each. After 9/1 no shirts may be ordered.
The One-Day only passes allow you to attend the symposium for one day only.

Banquet Information
-The Banquet will be a catered plated dinner.
-A Banquet Ticket is included with the Member and Non-Member full 3 day registration and may be added for those with Youth or One Day passes for $60.
-Dinner will include Rolls, Salad, Dessert, Iced Tea, Coffee, and Hot Tea. There is a choice of entrees:
- Chicken Marsala served with Roasted red potatoes and asparagus
- Beef Sirloin Served medium rare with Cabernet Demi Glaze, roasted red potatoes and asparagus
- Asiago Gnocchi (Vegetarian) Served in a pesto cream sauce and sun dried Tomatoes

Spouse/Partner - Chicago Botanic Garden Tour
Spouse/Partners can join in a tour of the Chicago Botanic Garden - 365 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and greenhouses. 100-year-old bonsai, exotic plants, and walking trails. A gem of the Chicago north shore. The trip will begin at 9am on Friday with a short bus ride to the gardens. The visit will start with a 35-minute narrated tram ride around the gardens. After the tram ride you can either walk the gardens on your own or take a guided walking tour past the Japanese Gardens, waterfalls, English Garden, Rose Garden, 100-year-old Bonsai Garden and much more. The Tour will end in the gift shop before traveling back to the hotel around 12:30PM. This trip is limited to the first 42 people to register.
